About:

I am a self-taught photographer who entered Richmond’s artistic community with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University. My eye for photography as an extension of graphic art is evident in my body of work. I have a passion for cross pollinating with other artists in my community and have promoted and documented the local music industry with great enthusiasm. I am a documenter of life around me, and through my lens have captured indie artist tours, local restaurants and products, protests and Richmond centric events. In my spare time, I make a point to attend every bit of live music I can. My hobbies include finding the next hot spot to eat in Richmond and gardening. I have a green thumb that is the envy of my wife who is not allowed to buy anymore houseplants.
